Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery and Digital Forgery Removal
XENIA prohibits the publication of any intimate visual depiction of an identifiable individual created or shared without that individual's consent, including any computer-generated, AI-generated, or AI-transformed depiction, known as a digital forgery, that is indistinguishable from an authentic intimate depiction of that individual. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the depiction has been stylized, filtered, or animated. This policy is separate from, and in addition to, the XENIA copyright and DMCA policy; you do not need to own any copyright in the material to use this process.
Who May Report
Any depicted individual, or a person authorized to act on that individual's behalf, may request removal. Reporting does not require an account, a copyright interest, or the submission of the intimate image itself.
How to Report
Submit a request to [report@xenia.studio], or use the in-product report tool available on the content. Please identify:
- The content, by its location or URL on xenia.studio, sufficient for XENIA to locate it.
- A statement that you are the individual depicted, or a person authorized to act on that individual's behalf.
- A statement that the depiction is intimate or sexual and was created or shared without your consent, or is a digital forgery of you.
- A means of contacting you, and a physical or electronic signature.
XENIA does not require you to provide a copy of the intimate image or forgery itself.
Our Response
XENIA will remove or disable access to content reported under this policy, and any identical copies of which it is aware, as soon as possible and in no event later than 48 hours after receiving a valid request, consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (15 U.S.C. Section 6851 and related provisions) and applicable state law. XENIA will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove identical copies and to prevent re-upload of the same content. Consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, XENIA will not be liable for the good-faith removal of material reported under this policy, whether or not the material is ultimately determined to be unlawful.
Unauthorized Likeness, False Light, and Defamation
This process also covers reports that content uses the likeness, name, voice, or persona of an identifiable real person without consent, or that falsely depicts an identifiable person as having engaged in sexual or other conduct. Stylization, including anime transformation, does not exempt content that depicts an identifiable real person without consent.
Abuse of This Process
Knowingly submitting a materially false report under this policy is a violation of the Terms of Service and may carry liability under applicable law. Reports are reviewed in good faith and, where content is unlawful, are preserved and referred to the appropriate authorities.
